DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please find below all the information relating to delivery and returns of your products ordered on our website.
DELIVERY
Our standard delivery timescale is 2-3 working days for orders with the UK. Huff Equestrian Limited will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which are out of our control. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the normal returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by emailing info@huffequestrian.co.uk, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.
All international orders will be posted via a tracked / signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order. Huff Equestrian Limited will not be held responsible for any delays within this postal service.
Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.
RETURNS
We are confident you will love your purchase, however, should you wish to return any item to us a full refund will be issued, minus postage costs.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of garment at time of purchase. If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 14 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.

No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for the package. Any returned goods must include the returns docket with your contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be. To minimise the amount of paper we send out with our packages in our efforts to be eco friendly we have made the returns docket downloadable from this page, meaning only the returns dockets that are required are printed and we save a few trees.
UK returns - please use the returns slip which is download from this page - postage to be paid by the customer. Customers should keep receipt of postage, as they are responsible for tracing any returned parcel back to us.
International returns - please use the returns slip provided in the order - postage to be paid by the customer. We would strongly recommend returning your parcels via a tracking service, as it is your responsibility for returning your items back to us. We will only cover the cost of postage if an item is damaged or faulty. Please note all items are individually quality checked before they leave our warehouse. In the event of any faulty goods being returned to us, it is at our discretion to refund / replace the item.
Please ensure any products returned to us for a refund / exchange here un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains on and are sent back with all original packaging and tags attached.
Huff Equestrian aim to produce all products to the highest standards but unfortunately, from time to time, in production of large quantities mistakes may occur. If you receive an item which you believe is faulty, you must email us a photo of the product, and, if requested, send the product back to us for inspection. Unfortunately, if the product has been purchased over 3 months, we are not able to refund / replace. Any faults over this time could be deemed as general wear and tear.
We are unable to accept any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974). By placing your order, you accept all of the above terms and conditions.
Huff Equestrian Limited will have the final decision on any action taken with regard to this subject.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
