OUR CONTRACT
The information you provide when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you with any query we may have. When placing an order from Huff Equestrian Limited, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and your order details. A contract between you and Huff Equestrian Limited will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items have been dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive another email, confirming your order has been dispatched.
Huff Equestrian Limited retains the right to refuse any request or order made by you. If your order is accepted you will be informed by confirmation email.
AVAILABILITY
All items shown as ‘in stock’ will normally be delivered within a standard delivery timescale of 3 - 5 working days, however, Huff Equestrian Limited will not be responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.
PROMOTIONAL
Promotional discount codes – we may from time to time offer promotional discount codes to our customers via our website or through our social media pages. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue, so please read any accompanying information thoroughly before using your discount code. Only one promotional discount code can be applied per order. We reserve the right to vary these conditions.
PAYMENT
Huff Equestrian Limited accept payment from all major Debit and Credit Card companies. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept payment via cheques or postal orders.
Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card will be carried out, to ensure there are sufficient funds in the account for the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
